How much will my shipping cost?
Shipping within Australia

Within Australia, items are shipped as "Standard Post" or "Express Post" per customer preference at checkout via a Australia Post.

All parcels leave our store within 3 business days of you placing your order.

We charge a Flat Standard Shipping fee of $12.99 and a Flat Express Post Shipping Fee of $19.99.

Shipping to remote areas in Australia incurs a higher cost. In this instance, we reserve the right to seek additional payment from the customer for the higher Shipping Cost.

If there is a failed delivery attempt, or if your parcel is returned to the sender because of an incorrect shipping address provided or failure to collect from your local post office then you will be invoiced for any redelivery fees.

Currently available to New Zealand only. We charge a Flat Standard Shipping Fee of $35.00.

How long should it take to receive my order?

Standard Shipping across Australia is estimated at between 3-10 business days, however, this greatly depends on your location and whether it is a peak shipping time.

Express Shipping across Australia is estimated at between 1-4 business days, however, this greatly depends on your location and whether it is a peak shipping time.

Standard Shipping to New Zealand is estimated between 10-14 business days, however, this greatly depends on your location and whether it is a peak shipping time.

During busier times for couriers or Australia Post, shipping time may increase. While delays such as these are beyond our control, we will always endeavour to provide you with as much information as is available to us regarding your order.
How will I know my item/s have been shipped?

Lost or Stolen?
We do not accept responsibility for lost or stolen items during transit or upon delivery. In this instance, please file a claim directly with the carrier service. To this end, ensure you arrange delivery of your item/s to a secure location.
